What a kid doesn’t want to pretend a famous star at one of the best year party? We present you a scenario, which turns an ordinary kids’ birthday to a great show. The birthday child will feel like a superstar on the big stage.
Invitations
How can you imagine the show without flyers? Print invitations as if they are the real concert tickets. Send them out to the guests or give before the beginning of the event.
Costumes
Children like a costume party as well as to sing. Before the party ask children to prepare the costumes of the celebrities who they would like to be. You can make the preparation of the costume as a part of the party. Prepare wigs, different “star” stuffs, sunglasses, inflatable guitars and, of course, sparkles – children adore them a lot.
Star platform
Decorate the place as a luxury concert-hall. You can use old records, posters and new year’s confetti.
Stage
Prepare the stage, where the main action will be taken. You can use an elevated platform or simply tape off a section of the floor separated from the rest space. Use bright curtains to flank the background. Dim the light around the stage area and use flashlights or desk lamps pointed at the stage.
Playlist
Find out from the small stars the list of the songs which they are going to sing in advance. Find them in an enormous catalogue Evolution Lite2 and add the songs to Favorites at the karaoke system to make a playlist for your party. It will let you ceremonially announce the participant’s performance and present the prizes for nominations.
Treats
Make up theme treats. Microphone cake or cupcake cones will be perfect. You need a music award cake for a birthday child. Separately make some sweet awards for the Best Performance, the Best Costume and an Audience Choice Award for other guests.

Don’t forget about the nominations. Use a sweet or a small toy as an award. Let everyone at the party be the winner tonight. Come up with some of the nominations simply during the party. For instance, the most stylish haircut, the best performance of the hit of Justin Bieber, the brightest singer and so on. Let your imagination run wild.
Star on the stage
The last performance will be the long-awaited one of the birthday child under the deafening applauses of the guests. After it there will be the official part: the solemn blowing out of candles at the prestigious award of biscuit and cream.
