When we talk about street musicians, we unfairly overlook orchestras and large-scale events. In 2026, this format of street art has reached incredible proportions, gathering stadiums and millions of views. Today we intend to right this wrong. We present ten projects whose total decibel count could easily leave no stone unturned in a small town.

A large-scale social initiative from Israel that gathers thousands of strangers into huge improvised choirs. Amazing energy, fantastic polyphony, and a complete sense of unity.
- Thunderstruck / Orquestra de Baterias
A drum orchestra from Florianópolis (Brazil). Nearly 500 drummers gather in one place to make some noise, and that says it all. Today, their performances are the benchmark for street rhythm.
- Zombie / Choir! Choir! Choir!
The popular project Choir! Choir! Choir! consists of a guitarist and a sound engineer roaming North America, along with several hundred volunteers gathering together to enjoy each other’s voices in a powerful choral performance.
- I Want It That Way / Pub Choir
Gathering 1,500 people in a pub not to taste craft beer, but to sing in a choir? Easy. This format, which originated in Australia, has now conquered pubs and clubs around the world.
- Hey Hey / MEUTE
The Berlin techno marching band is not as large as the others, but the acoustic drive of their brass and percussion is enough for a dozen larger projects. The guys in red jackets turn any sidewalk into a rave venue.
- Clanadonia
The Scottish band Clanadonia is known almost all over Europe. They more than compensate for their modest lineup with the primal energy of bagpipes and tribal drums.

The Colombian cultural community AAINJEROS knows how to make some noise with their events. For example, gathering 150 drummers in one place to create a real Latin American rhythmic storm.
