In any company, sooner or later, the manager faces the question of how to hold a corporate party. Some assign this task to the HR department or administrator, while others personally decide how to entertain the employees.
There are many options for organizing a corporate event. It all depends on the manager’s goal: to unite the team, celebrate a holiday, or simply relax after a busy month. It could be a quiet evening in a cafe, a noisy get-together in a sushi bar, kayaking together, or watching a motivational movie.
But we are going to talk about karaoke and why you should consider buying a karaoke system for the office.
01. Karaoke for getting to know each other
A karaoke party is a great way to introduce a newcomer to the team, bring them up to speed, and convey the company’s values. An informal setting will help them overcome stiffness and hesitation more quickly, and will also lay a solid foundation for friendly relationships and professional duties.
Thus, the appearance of a new employee in the office will be perceived by the “veterans” as a holiday and will initially set the staff up for a positive attitude towards their colleague.
02. A corporate party whenever you want
With a karaoke system, you can organize a corporate party at any time. A sudden birthday, an important date for the company, a million-dollar sale? Connect the karaoke microphones and celebrate!

Thanks to EvoCase, the event can be moved anywhere in the office or beyond. Pack the karaoke system and microphones and head to a country house, a colleague’s home, or a country club.
Forget about booking restaurant tables in advance and being tied to hosts’ schedules. The holiday is always with you. Create your own celebration scenarios and throw the craziest parties.
03. Saving on leisure
A corporate party with karaoke is a budget-friendly vacation and doesn’t require huge budgets to host. Order pizza, light snacks, drinks, and buy a prize for the winner of the musical battle or awards for active participants—the sum will hardly exceed the cost of a modest table for two in a restaurant.
Karaoke will be especially relevant for small companies that need to organize leisure for their employees but cannot afford high costs. Fun, high-quality relaxation is available to everyone.
04. Healthy leisure
Besides a strong emotional experience, karaoke brings direct benefits to mental and physical health. Singing boosts immunity, saturates the brain with oxygen, and its overall effect on the body is comparable to a morning jog.
In addition, singing has a beneficial effect on memory, helps get rid of snoring, and most importantly, relaxes you well after a hard day, lifts your mood, and effectively combats stress.
05. Karaoke and teambuilding
The role of karaoke in creating social bonds and teambuilding is significant. Singing builds bridges between people. Singing together in karaoke or a choir helps overcome differences in social status, age, and gender.
People who sing karaoke become more confident, cope more easily with the fear of public speaking, and overcome psychological complexes. It is no coincidence that in the US and Asian countries, karaoke is perceived not only as a part of entertainment corporate culture but is also recommended as an element of business education.
