If you don’t have a good old family tradition, it’s high time to start one. After all, the long winter weekends are approaching—the perfect time to relax and spend quality time at home with your family. And a family tradition is the main course here. Some prefer to bake gingerbread cookies, while others like to rearrange the furniture. We suggest inviting close friends over and throwing a winter karaoke party.
First, we need mulled wine—the perfect winter drink. The recipe is very simple. Heat dry white or red wine in a saucepan to a temperature of 70-80°C. Add a cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, apples, or citrus fruits to taste. Important: do not bring the wine to a boil! If the liquid in the pot starts to bubble, lower the temperature or remove it from the heat. Let the mulled wine steep for 10 minutes, and it’s ready—you can pour it into glasses and mugs. For kids, of course, it’s better to make some Christmas eggnog or buy juice.
Create a winter karaoke playlist in advance. Since the Studio Evolution catalog is truly massive (over 100,000 songs), searching for tracks in the middle of the party is not the best idea. Without any fuss, select the songs that will be performed and add them to the favorites list on your karaoke system. You can look up various holiday song lists on the Internet or use the ready-made selections we’ve put together for you.

Prepare the party space. Here you can be guided by two principles:
1. Noisy and fun! We are planning the loudest party on the block, inviting friends, and having a blast within the limits permitted by law. To do this, you will have to clear the room of excess furniture that will get in the way of dancing. No large dining tables in the middle of the room! Stick to a buffet, pushing the table as close to the wall as possible. Important: 90% of a party’s success is high-quality sound, like that of the EvoSound Bar karaoke audio system. 450 W of pure drive right in your apartment.
2. Quiet and soulful. Perhaps you are in the mood to spend time in a calmer, homey atmosphere. Let’s throw a pajama party among pillows and blankets, combining aromatic mulled wine, unhurried conversations, and light, romantic songs. Especially since the karaoke catalog has recently received a massive update—over 1,000 popular songs arranged for guitar and bayan. Sing your favorite songs to the accompaniment of soulful acoustics.
Don’t forget to record the fun on video and share it with your followers on social media. If you wish, you can spend 10-20 minutes editing a festive musical greeting for your parents, distant relatives, friends, and colleagues at work.
Family traditions are not just about relaxing together. These are the events that you and your children will remember with tenderness and love even decades later. This is a sense of stability that is sometimes so lacking. A way of life, a reason to be proud of yourself and your loved ones. An event that all household members will eagerly look forward to all year long.
Have a great karaoke!
